Shipping

We do not process your order immediately. We are a restaurant not Amazon.com. You will be notified by email once we do begin to process your order. You will receive a tracking number once it has shipped. Shipping typically takes 2-3 days. We do not process or ship on Fridays or Saturdays. 

Returns/Refunds

DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID-19 PANDEMIC, WE ARE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDING PRODUCT RETURNS.

We do not offer refunds for online purchashes made at Bobs.net, but we are more than happy to exchange any item(s) within 30 days. Customer must pay for the cost to ship/return the item(s) to the restaurant.
