Bob's Big Boy understands that products are sometimes ordered in error, or do not meet expectations. In the event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days. Bob's Big Boy may refuse refund requests if they are outside of their refund policies.

Sometimes we run out of inventory for a given product before we have time to remove the product from the web site. In this instance, you will be notified and your credit card will not be processed, or we will refund your credit card.
